Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a Refund. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. The reason for the restocking fee is so we can  keep our prices low.We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Glazzio products returned is subjest to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for shipping items back if the products are in good condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or you can give us a call (248)688-9543

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most of our items qualify for free shipping.Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We offer free lift gate service on all shipments. :)

How will my order ship?

Depending on the product we will either ship UPS Ground or Freight LTl. 

Do you offer samples?

Yes. You can email us at orderdesk@discountglasstilestore.com. Include the sample pieces you are looking for as well as your zip code and phone number. There will be a shipping charge for samples but the cost of the samples are free. 

What happens if I receive damaged tiles?

Everything we ship out is insured. If you happen to receive damaged goods we just require photos of the broken material so we can receive credit from our shipping companies. The replacement pieces will ship out ASAP. 

How is the quality of the tiles?

Everything we sell is first grade and the highest quality. We do not and will not sell seconds.

Do products carry a manufacturer warranty?

Yes we are a full service tile and stone dealer and all of our products carry a warrenty.
